What Actually Gets Built
The Readable Layer,
Not Just the Pretty One
Most websites sold to trades are a brochure with a contact form. This is a different object. Underneath the design, every build ships the things an answer engine needs in order to name you with confidence — and almost nobody ships them.
Structured data. A full schema graph describing the business, the services, the service area, the people and the questions — so a machine reading your site gets facts rather than paragraphs it has to guess at.
An llms.txt file. A plain-language summary written for AI crawlers, listing what you do, where you work and what is true about you, in a format built to be quoted.
A page per town. Not a list of place names in the footer — a real page with local specifics that can rank on its own and be cited on its own.
Precise geography. Coordinates, regional districts and named landmarks, so "near me" has something concrete to match against.
Native lead capture. A real HTML form, not an embedded third-party widget that crawlers cannot see and that adds a hop between your customer and you.
